Things Worth Noticing
Things Worth Noticing A journal for the bits of life we normally rush past. Most of life happens quietly. Not in the big milestones, but in the ordinary moments we barely register at the time. A conversation in the car. Something somebody said. A walk you nearly didn’t take. A stupid joke. A thought that stayed with you longer than expected. Things Worth Noticing is a simple journal designed to help you slow down enough to catch some of those moments before they disappear. There are no complicated exercises, no pressure to write every day and no expectation that every page needs to contain something profound. Some days you might fill a page. Some days you might write one sentence. The prompts are there simply to help you notice what mattered, what made you laugh, what took too much of your energy, what you appreciated and what you might want to remember. Because ordinary days make up most of a life. And some of them are worth keeping.
