Why this journal exists Some days sit lightly. Others follow you around long after they’ve finished. A conversation. A worry. Something you wish had gone differently. This journal is a place to set some of that down. Not to solve everything. Just to notice what you are carrying, decide what matters, and leave a little of the rest here. There are no rules Write every night or only when your mind feels busy. Fill every section or scribble one honest sentence. You do not need to do this perfectly for it to help.
